My listing documentation contains language that allows the Seller to fire me, and cancel the listing at any time up until a sales contract has been entered into, if they are unhappy for any reason.


I charge an MLS insertion fee of $19.95 per day from the day that the listing is entered into MLS through Close of Escrow. This fee is paid via credit card every 30 days or a prorated portion there of. This fee in non-refundable in the event the property does not sell or close escrow for any reason.


Once you receive an offer...


My fees are $195/hour to consult with you about the deal points that are included in the offer, perpare the proper documentation, and to guide you and the transaction through the escrow and closing process.

 

Expenses, such as flyers, advertising, open houses, etc. and Commission to the Buyer's Broker will be in addition to the accumulated MLS insertion fees and my hourly rate.
